What does wildfire home protection cost?
The Essential plan is $2,500/year ($7/day) — annual firefighter inspection, retardant application, and written risk assessment. The Elite plan is $7,500/year ($20/day) and adds 24/7 monitoring and on-site firefighter response during active fire events.
Does wildfire protection affect my homeowners insurance?
It can — positively. Many California carriers factor active wildfire mitigation into underwriting decisions. Some offer premium discounts or improved eligibility for homes with documented professional protection. Talk to your broker after enrollment.
What fire retardant do you use — is it safe?
We use an eco-safe, long-term retardant applied around your home's perimeter. It creates a barrier that slows fire spread and remains effective until washed away by rain — safe for landscaping and residential use.

What happens after I sign up?
Within 3–4 business days we'll reach out to schedule your property assessment. A site visit follows within 7–10 days, then a full written report within 10–12 days. You become an active member by day 14 with full confirmation of all completed steps.
